The Donovan House hotel at Thomas Circle will transform its exclusive rooftop pool bar the ADC (AboveDC) into a cold weather oasis with a new Winter Ice Bar. Starting this weekend through February, on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5-10, you can warm up at one of the outdoor fire pits and enjoy vodka cocktails and other winter specialties like a drunken spiced cocoa and mulled wine all served from a hand-carved ice bar while overlooking DC.
